So get ready to mix (and mingle)...

1 1/2 oz. tequila
1/4 oz. Campari
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz. honey
1/2 oz. sparkling water

Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously.

Pour into a tumbler.

Serve on the rocks and garnish with a lemon slice and mint leaf.

Love List Day 4: Doxies & Chichis...Oh, My!

Although I'm a sucker for puppies in general, with 3 of my own I'm definitely partial to chihuahuas and dachshunds.

They are the loves of my life (besides my sweet BF, of course!), and I know they're ALWAYS happy to see me and ALWAYS dying to kiss and cuddle (even if my breath stinks in the morning). 

P.S. Even though they are tiny and precious I do NOT use my pups as accessories! Ew!

Love List Day 3: Peonies

Despite the fact that EVERYONE thinks I'm saying "panties" instead of "peonies," they top my list of THE most elegant, feminine flowers — EVER. 

Their scent, their colors, their delicate petals, their big blooms...everything about them just screams pretty-pretty-pretty. 

P.S.: They're SO romantic and gorgeous in fact, that the other bridesmaids and I carried hot pink ones at Little Mrs. Newlywed's wedding this summer! They looked timelessly chic against our black cotton dresses.

A hefty pour of really good red wine...especially one that I got on a great deal or that has memories attached to it. 

Last night, we cracked open a bottle we brought back from our trip to Argentina's wine country and reminisced about "the good old days."

Love List Day 2: Lykke Li

If you don't know Lykke Li, you won't be able to forget her name after you hear this song (if you can even pronounce it that is!).

The reason I love her and ESPECIALLY this song? It's soft, sensual and just a pinch sugary...and it seriously still gives me butterflies every time I listen.

Totally crush-worthy.
